About the role
R & R is looking for a creative Cake Decorator to join its bakery team in Lagos. You will be responsible for turning plain cakes into eye‑catching works of art that meet both customer expectations and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Decorate cakes using fondant and ganache, creating smooth finishes, themed designs, inscriptions and decorative elements.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all decorating tools and the work area.
- Guarantee consistency, creativity and high‑quality presentation of every finished cake.
Required profile
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- At least two years of proven experience in cake decoration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced bakery environment.
Required skills
- Fondant decoration.
- Ganache decoration.
- General cake decorating techniques.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from NGN150,000 to NGN250,000 per month.
