About the role

Learnstar is seeking a proactive Business Growth and Outreach professional to drive B2B partnership opportunities across the edtech and creative economy sectors. You will support senior management in expanding the company’s network of corporate sponsors, institutions, and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new partnership prospects and maintain a segmented lead database.
• Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and sponsorship documents for corporate and institutional clients.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns targeting banks, FMCGs, media houses, and development agencies.
• Support event planning, guest communications, and logistics for major Learnstar events.
• Track business development metrics, update CRM records, and generate weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and represent Learnstar at selected industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a demonstrable interest in entrepreneurship and creative industries.
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in business development, marketing or communications is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in market research methods.
• Experience with business presentation software such as PowerPoint, Notion or Google Workspace.
