Business Development & Sales Executive

About the role

Join Foldir Consultants Limited as a Business Development & Sales Executive focused on expanding MTN FibreX across residential estates in Lagos. You will act as the bridge between property stakeholders and the telecom provider, driving new fibre deployments and subscriber growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new, under‑construction, off‑plan and existing residential estates suitable for MTN FibreX.
• Prospect and engage developers, estate managers, facility managers and project owners.
• Present the benefits of MTN FibreX and negotiate estate approvals and MoUs.
• Generate sales opportunities, convert qualified prospects into FibreX subscribers and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis within assigned territories.
• Maintain accurate records of engagements, visits, sales activities and approvals.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Collaborate with MTN and Foldir project teams during infrastructure deployment.
• Attend mandatory product knowledge, sales and compliance training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estate engagements.
