Business Development Representative

About the role

Immigify is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into revenue. This hybrid/remote position combines sales outreach, digital engagement, and in‑person networking to expand the company’s presence in the U.S. immigration technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Engage, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, email, WhatsApp, webinars, and social media.
• Conduct discovery conversations, articulate value propositions, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Growth Manager to improve conversion rates.
• Build relationships with community organizations, universities, employers, and strategic partners.
• Attend networking events, career fairs, conferences, and webinars to generate qualified leads.
• Capture event‑generated leads, ensure timely follow‑up, and provide post‑event reports.
• Support growth initiatives, share market insights, and assist with special projects.

Required profile

• Has 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Commercially minded professional with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects online, over the phone, and in person.
• Willingness to attend at least two networking or industry events per month.
