Business Development & Operations Executive

About the role

ValueHut Limited is seeking a senior Business Development & Operations Executive to drive growth and ensure smooth delivery of its consulting services. Based in Lagos Marina, you will act as a bridge between client acquisition, project execution, and internal coordination, supporting the Managing Partner and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and project‑manage business development activities, including lead generation, client engagement, proposals, partnerships and follow‑ups.
• Draft and coordinate professional communications such as emails, letters, newsletters, proposals and stakeholder correspondence for review.
• Oversee the brand and graphic designer to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain the annual calendar for the consultancy’s academy, courses, workshops and other learning programmes.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of courses, handling pre‑course communication, participant engagement, logistics, materials and post‑course follow‑up.
• Monitor incoming organisational communications and route or escalate enquiries promptly.
• Track key projects, deadlines and deliverables to keep activities aligned with business priorities.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers and updates on business development and operational activities.

• Proven business development and relationship‑management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and solid understanding of business operations.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑oriented mindset.
