About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding Travel & Holidays team in Lagos. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence within the travel and tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client and corporate relationships.
  • Drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and business strategies.
  • Manage existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of business development experience in travel, tourism, aviation, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and business growth.
  • Strategic thinker, goal‑oriented, and execution‑focused.

Required skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
