About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by uncovering new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and deepening client relationships. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to align business objectives with client value and ensure sustainable expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnership prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives.

Required profile

  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship‑management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
