About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive growth for our cleaning services division. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new residential and commercial cleaning clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to track trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Track sales activities and report progress against targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in a similar sector.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and proactive.
- Knowledge of cleaning service operations is a plus.

What we offer
- Salary of NGN 400,000 per month plus commission.
