Architect – Full-time (Lekki Phase 1, Lagos)

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Architect to design and manage new building projects in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan new architectural projects and handle project costing.
• Develop and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
