After Sales Associate – ERP

About the role

The After Sales Associate – ERP will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of all after‑sales data in SAP. Working onsite in Lagos, you will handle daily, weekly and monthly transactions and support reporting and dashboard creation for the after‑sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process warranty claims, service orders, repair job cards, goods receipts/issues and returns in SAP.
• Create Service Notifications, Service Orders (CS module) and Repair Orders, maintaining correct classification and status.
• Record field return movements, material returns (MIGO), transfers and scrapping with full traceability.
• Manage spare‑parts issues and receipts, ensuring accurate stock movements against cost centres and storage locations.
• Execute month‑end entries, GR/IR reconciliation, open order clearance and stock valuation updates.
• Maintain master data (material, service, customer, equipment) and flag discrepancies.
• Design, build and maintain an after‑sales performance dashboard using SAP data and tools such as Excel, Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Conduct regular SAP data audits, resolve mismatches and ensure system hygiene.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with After‑Sales Managers and regional teams.
• Experience in month‑end and period‑close processes.
