Admission Officer

About the role

The Admission Officer will support Goldenfleece Overseas Study Services in attracting and enrolling prospective students for international study programs. This role involves guiding applicants through the admission process, providing visa assistance, and representing the company at marketing events. The officer will act as the primary point of contact for students and will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications. Proactive outreach and strong interpersonal abilities are essential to build relationships with prospective learners.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and register prospective students.
• Assist with visa documentation and related paperwork.
• Provide counselling and guidance to students throughout the admission journey.
• Follow up with clients and deliver recommendations.
• Represent the company at marketing events, exhibitions and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Leadership abilities and capacity to interact confidently with prospective students.
• Willingness to learn on the job.
