About the role
We are seeking a detail‑driven and proactive Account Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role you will manage client accounts, support day‑to‑day business operations and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Coordinate cross‑functional tasks to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, updates, and deliverables using internal management tools.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related administrative role.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is considered a significant advantage.
