About the role

This 90‑day remote fellowship is designed for aspiring software engineers, designers, QA analysts, product managers, and DevOps professionals. Participants will join cross‑functional teams to build and ship real product features for live applications while receiving mentorship from experienced practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to define feature requirements.
• Develop, test, and ship production‑ready features.
• Utilize version control, design, and project‑management tools throughout the development cycle.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge in at least one relevant discipline such as software engineering, design, QA, product management, DevOps, or marketing.
• Strong willingness to learn, meet deadlines, and commit consistently for the full 90‑day period.

Required skills
