IT Specialist (ERP & Business Systems)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist to own and evolve our ERP environment while supporting our CRM platform and broader IT infrastructure. The role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology, ensuring seamless integration across e‑commerce, finance, logistics and other critical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the ERP system – configuration, user roles, module setups, data integrity, upgrades and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, finance and logistics teams to gather requirements, implement process improvements and customise workflows.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, coordinate with vendors and minimise downtime.
• Manage integrations between ERP, e‑commerce storefront, CRM, payment gateways and third‑party logistics providers.
• Administer the CRM platform – pipeline management, data hygiene, automation workflows and user adoption.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for hardware, software, connectivity and devices.
• Maintain LAN/WAN network, routers, switches and internet connectivity on‑site.
• Enforce data security best practices, including access controls, backups and software updates.
• Document system configurations, processes and IT procedures.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience with significant ERP administration or implementation exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
• Experience supporting e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and managing network infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
