Workshop Office Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Workshop Office Assistant to support our mechanics and ensure smooth daily operations at our Abuja workshop. This role combines administrative duties with hands‑on assistance in a busy automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist mechanics with vehicle servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Organise and track tools, spare parts, and workshop materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workshop and reception area.
• Support vehicle movement, washing, and basic detailing as needed.
• Greet walk‑in customers, answer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Schedule inspections, service appointments, test drives, and manage related documentation.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, service records and maintain vehicle files.
• Record stock/parts inventory and perform basic errands within Abuja.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• Interest in automobiles and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in an auto workshop or administrative role is an advantage.
• Hardworking, honest, punctual and physically fit to handle workshop tasks.
• Available to work weekends when required.
• Must reside in Abuja.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• WhatsApp communication skills.
