Wholesale Supervisor – Sportswear

About the role

ANTA Sports, a global leader in sportswear, is expanding its wholesale footprint in Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Supervisor to drive sales growth, manage key distributor relationships, and ensure seamless order fulfillment across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage wholesale accounts to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key wholesale partners.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and implement strategies to accelerate growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely order processing and inventory availability.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and track competitor activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports and business analyses.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience supervising wholesale sales, preferably in sportswear, fashion, footwear, FMCG or retail.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian wholesale market and distribution networks.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
