Client Retention Associate

About the role

The Client Retention Associate ensures existing clients receive timely, well‑coordinated after‑sales support, especially around spares ordering, procurement and logistics, while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships. The role sits at the intersection of operations and business development, translating smooth service delivery into long‑term client value and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end spares orders, from request through sourcing, delivery coordination and receipt confirmation.
• Prepare client quotations, process purchase orders against RFQs and track orders to completion.
• Carry out procurement activities, liaising with local and foreign suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as primary after‑sales contact, building trust, analysing client needs and documenting service standards.
• Support business development by participating in tenders, preparing pricing input and identifying upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn customer conversations into business‑driving relationships.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, equipment acquisition or sales.
