Website Manager – E‑Commerce & Content Lead

About the role

The Website Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, performance and user experience of Imperio Cosmetics NG’s online presence. Based in Ikeja, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with marketing, design and e‑commerce teams to keep the site fresh, functional and conversion‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site performance, analytics and user behaviour to drive data‑informed improvements.
• Update and maintain product listings, promotions and content to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate web‑related projects, troubleshoot issues with internal and external partners, and implement usability enhancements.
• Support e‑commerce activities such as inventory updates, pricing adjustments and customer journey optimisation.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a responsive, accessible and visually appealing interface.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Design, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty or retail e‑commerce is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• E‑Commerce – managing product catalogs, pricing, promotions and optimising the buying journey.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
