Warehouse & Inventory Officer (Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse & Inventory Officer to manage inventory control, warehouse operations and logistics within Lily Hospitals, a leading private hospital in Port Harcourt. The role ensures that medical supplies and other goods are stored, tracked and distributed efficiently to support patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Coordinate receipt, dispatch and movement of goods.
• Process logistics documentation and track deliveries.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Pharmacology or a related science discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, record‑keeping and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
