Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Operative is a key role in keeping daily warehouse work running smoothly. The person handles incoming and outgoing goods accurately, helps maintain organized storage, runs regular stock checks and operates warehouse equipment safely, supporting timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Safely unload incoming stock shipments and check delivery manifests for accuracy
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately before dispatch
• Organize warehouse inventory to make best use of space and meet safety rules
• Carry out regular stock counts to find and fix inventory differences quickly
• Operate basic warehouse equipment following safety protocols

Required profile

• 0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management
• Physical ability to lift, carry and move goods
