Supply Chain Coordinator - Logistics & Delivery

About the role

One Acre Fund, which serves more than 300,000 smallholder farmers across three regions in Niger State (Minna, Mokwa and Iseyin), is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator in Minna, Nigeria. The role leads regional and nationwide last-mile delivery, optimizes owned fleet and 3PL capacity, manages warehouse dispatch and drives cost efficiency, building a reliable, data-driven delivery network that gets inputs to farmers on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional and nationwide last-mile delivery operations, optimizing owned fleet efficiency and managing strategic 3PL transport partner relationships.
• Oversee daily warehouse dispatch, execute route planning and improve logistics workflows so inputs reach farmers on time and in full.
• Use logistics metrics and transport data to track performance gaps, optimize transport spend and drive cost efficiencies across regional distribution networks.
• Direct and develop the logistics team while collaborating with Warehouse Operations, Procurement and QA/QC units.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fleet management, last-mile delivery and managing 3PL logistics networks.
• Proven track record in warehouse dispatch, route planning and on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
• Strong analytical and data ability to evaluate transport spend and performance gaps.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring logistics teams.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with Warehouse Operations, HSE/QA/QC and Procurement.
• Citizen or permanent resident of Nigeria; start date as soon as possible.
