About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join our team at Shugarz Brand in Port Harcourt. The role involves delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and present menus with confidence.
- Recommend drinks, food items and upsell premium beverages and special packages.
- Take orders accurately and monitor guests throughout their visit, responding promptly to their needs.
- Process bills and handle payments with precision.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and work areas.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSC degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar waitstaff role.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
