About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at 12inch baguette limited in Abuja. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with a courteous attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, checking on guests throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area, clearing tables as needed.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and payment processing with professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in a restaurant or customer‑service setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Friendly, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
