Waiter / Waitress – Full-time in Marina, Port Harcourt

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Waiter and Waitress professionals to join our hospitality team in Marina, Port Harcourt. You will be the face of our dining service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare and set dining tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and linens.
• Clear tables, keep dining areas clean, and process guest bills accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with banquet, conference, and special event services as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar waiter/waitress role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional appearance.
