About the role
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments. This role requires strong leadership to maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities, coordinating between departments for smooth service.
- Monitor staff performance, enforce compliance with hotel standards, and handle guest concerns.
- Prepare operational reports, communicate issues to management, and ensure proper shift handovers.
- Maintain cleanliness, customer service quality, and overall hotel standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar hotel management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to supervise staff, handle challenging situations, and work flexible 24‑hour shift schedules.
