About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our team at Taju Audu and Co. in the Marina area of Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus and explain food and drink options.
- Take accurate orders and serve meals and beverages promptly.
- Check on customers during service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or special requests professionally.
- Prepare and arrange tables before and after service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Process bills and payments when required.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.
Required profile
- Minimum High School (S.S.C.E) qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar waiter role.
