About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level Cook to join our kitchen team in Abuja. You will work under the guidance of the chef to prepare meals that meet our quality and presentation standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Cook meals according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with inventory checks and proper food storage.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Support the chef or kitchen manager as required.
Required profile
- Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork and cooperation.
