Volunteer – Partnerships & Success Team

About the role

Founders Smith is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join its Partnerships & Success Team. You will support partnership outreach, follow‑ups and stakeholder engagement across West Africa, gaining hands‑on experience in a vibrant startup ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential partners, investors, mentors and ecosystem players.
• Manage outreach communications and maintain follow‑up records.
• Support the coordination of partnership events and webinars.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials and partnership proposals.
• Track engagement metrics and report progress to the team.

Required profile

• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups and ecosystem development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently.
• Availability to commit at least one month of volunteer service.
