Communications Associate – French Speaking

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a creative Communications Associate fluent in French and English to drive brand growth and engagement across francophone African markets. You will craft culturally relevant content, manage social channels, and support internal communications in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule French‑language posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram and Facebook, adapting content to each platform.
• Write blog posts, email copy, social captions and scripts for francophone audiences, ensuring tone of voice consistency.
• Support internal communications by drafting French updates, announcements and newsletters.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly dashboards and recommend improvements for French‑speaking markets.
• Coordinate French‑language marketing campaigns with product, sales, clinical and leadership teams.
• Maintain brand and tone governance across all French content, flagging inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Fluent in French and English with strong writing skills in both languages.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using social media management and CRM tools.
• Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut) and familiarity with Zoho or Adobe Suite.
• Data literacy – comfortable with dashboards, metrics and insights.
