Volunteer Creator Outreach

About the role

Reelnosh is an early-stage creator-led food commerce company exploring how meals shared by food creators online could become limited drops that diners can order while a drop is open. Parts of the experience may still be in research or development. The company is looking for a friendly, organised volunteer to connect with food creators, home cooks, chefs, bakers and food storytellers who might be interested in learning more about Reelnosh. This is an unpaid volunteer role.

Key responsibilities

• Find food creators who may be a good fit for Reelnosh.
• Send thoughtful, personalised introductory messages.
• Learn about creators' work, interests and questions.
• Keep simple, accurate notes about conversations and agreed next steps.
• Respect creators' preferences, including if they do not want further contact.
• Explain Reelnosh honestly, without promising creators income, orders, delivery or launch opportunities.

Required profile

• You communicate respectfully and enjoy learning about people's work.
• You can follow through on agreed tasks.
• No previous recruitment experience or existing network of creators is needed; beginners are welcome.
• A realistic weekly commitment, such as around 3, 5 or 8 hours, is agreed with the team; the role can start with a three-month period, reviewed before any extension.
