About the role

Regenesys Business School is seeking a Global Visa and Immigration Specialist to manage all immigration programmes and visa applications for foreign nationals associated with the institution. The role involves ensuring accurate, timely processing of documentation and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit immigration and visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to government deadlines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration laws for South Africa, India, Nigeria, Croatia and related jurisdictions.
• Provide fee quotes, prepare legal documents and verify client information for correctness.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and immigration authorities.
• Monitor changes in legislation and update internal processes accordingly.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in a visa and immigration environment with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High accuracy, strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Independent, motivated, honest and able to work collaboratively within a team.
