About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Senior Veterinarian. The Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care to a variety of pets, including diagnostics, surgeries, and treatments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine check‑ups
- Perform surgeries
- Administer vaccinations
- Provide emergency care
- Advise on pet nutrition, preventive care and overall wellness
Required profile
- Medical care and treatment skills, including diagnostics, surgeries, and emergency care
- Experience with vaccinations and preventive veterinary medicine
- Knowledge in dental care, pet nutrition, and overall wellness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate pet owners
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to pet care
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school with up‑to‑date licensure
- Up to 3 years post‑graduation experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
