About the role
Join the team of a well‑established bookstore chain in South Tyrol, working either full‑time or part‑time. The position supports both the physical stores and the online shop, serving customers who share a love for books.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the Italian book department, providing recommendations and information.
- Handle sales transactions and maintain an organized checkout area.
- Support the online shop by processing in‑store pickups and returns.
- Maintain the presentation of books, paper‑goods, stationery and gift items across the store.
- Collaborate with colleagues across 16 locations to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about books and reading culture.
- Strong communication skills in German and Italian.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including part‑time or full‑time schedules.
