About the role
The Sales & Marketing Representative will drive new client acquisition and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the construction sector. This role focuses on prospecting batching plants, precast factories, and EPC contractors while monitoring market trends.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and convert new clients such as batching plants, precast factories, and EPC contractors.
- Monitor competitors and attend industry events to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain good relationships with key customers through regular visits and resolve complaints promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and payment terms within company credit policies.
- Submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and track infrastructure projects and tenders.
- Provide feedback on product localization needs.
Required profile
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
