Bancassurance Executive – Insurance Sales in Onitsha

About the role

The Bancassurance Executive will represent the insurance arm of a leading financial services group, promoting life and general insurance products within partner bank branches in Onitsha. The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities and building relationships with bank staff and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with branch employees and customers.
• Solicit new clients and expand existing clientele for insurance products.
• Handle reporting, planning and administrative activities.
• Conduct market analysis, including branch/client profiling and competitor product surveys.
• Attend district/region monthly or quarterly meetings.

Required profile

• First degree in Insurance, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in insurance sales.
• Residence within the specified location.
• Strong passion for sales with persuasive abilities.
• Ability to build trusted, lasting relationships.
