About the role
The Valet Runner/Delivery Personnel ensures timely and professional transport of laundry, linens, guest items, documents, and supplies across hotel departments and to external destinations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver laundry, linens, guest items, documents, supplies, and other materials to designated locations.
- Transport items between departments such as housekeeping, laundry, reception, stores, and other operational units.
- Deliver items to guests, customers, or external destinations promptly and professionally.
- Verify items against delivery requests to ensure accuracy before collection and delivery.
- Obtain confirmation or signatures for deliveries where required.
- Handle all items carefully to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and pending requests.
- Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or delayed items to the appropriate supervisor.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
