About the role
The Utilities Team Leader will oversee the execution of the production plan, ensure quality control, and drive autonomous operations within the SBU. This role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment while solving production issues and improving productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and implement production plans across shifts, daily to annual schedules.
- Monitor production processes and coordinate autonomous operations and cleaning activities.
- Lead the team to improve process quality, productivity, and industrial relations.
- Apply performance management, administer employment conditions, and ensure compliance with administration systems.
Required profile
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background or related discipline.
- 2‑3 years experience as a Process Operator or Process Artisan in an E&F environment.
- Strong leadership potential and proven leadership skills.
- Effective communication and team development abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems such as COSWIN or SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of maintenance practices.
