User Interface Designer – Telehealth SaaS

About the role

We are building a modern telehealth experience inside a clinician‑facing EHR and patient portal. The role focuses on designing a polished landing page and core product flows that make patients and providers feel confident, calm, and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Design a landing page that clearly communicates product value and drives sign‑ups.
• Create UI/UX flows for telehealth visit launch, waiting rooms, patient join experience, and provider video rooms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive layouts, navigation, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ensure feasibility and brand consistency.
• Deliver design assets, component specifications, and UX documentation for handoff.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing SaaS or healthcare product interfaces.
• Proven work on both patient‑facing and clinician‑facing workflows.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
• Ability to create accessible, calm, and trustworthy UI for healthcare users.
• Good communication skills and comfort working directly with engineering teams.
