About the role
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking a proactive Unit Manager to lead its sales operations in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role involves building and managing high‑performing teams to drive property sales and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans to build brand visibility.
- Ensure monthly targets for the team are met and exceeded.
- Achieve excellent sales performance.
