UI/UX Designer

About the role

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join its creative team and help shape the future of its digital products. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Run user research, usability testing and analysis to validate design decisions.
• Design intuitive, engaging interfaces that improve user experience and drive engagement.
• Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints and follow brand standards and design guidelines.
• Keep up with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies, and advocate for user-centered design.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showing design skills and process.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability and interaction design principles.
• Experience with user research, usability testing and data-driven design.
• Excellent visual design sense, with attention to typography, color and layout.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
