Tutor Training & Community Associate

About the role

The Tutor Training & Community Associate will lead the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of high‑quality tutors on Tuteria’s platform. You will ensure tutors are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to deliver excellent learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end tutor recruitment, sourcing candidates through referrals, communities, partnerships and social media.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, assessments and verification processes, and maintain an up‑to‑date tutor pipeline.
• Coordinate a structured onboarding process, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure completion of documentation and platform setup.
• Identify development needs, design and deliver training programmes, webinars, workshops and coaching sessions.
• Monitor training attendance, collect feedback and assess impact on tutor performance.
• Facilitate tutor‑learner matching, work with business units to place tutors in appropriate programmes.
• Resolve tutor‑related issues and maintain accurate records of activation and training activities.
