Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join AIRWEYS LIMITED in Ajah. The role focuses on promoting and selling a range of travel products, from flight bookings to corporate travel solutions, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance and corporate travel services.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals and lead follow‑up.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel requirements and itinerary options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide after‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about airline promotions, travel trends and destination information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of experience in travel sales, tourism or a related sector.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
