About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales and E‑Commerce Specialist to generate leads, drive sales, process orders and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads by contacting prospects who responded to adverts or social media and convert them into customers.
- Conduct telesales calls to existing and new customers, upsell and cross‑sell products, and promote ongoing offers.
- Process orders received via website and social media platforms, ensure quality control, maintain daily reporting, and coordinate with third‑party logistics for fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across all channels, answer product questions, direct customers to online or brick‑and‑mortar stores, and handle complaints escalation.
Required profile
- Meet or exceed set sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and effectively escalate customer complaints to supervisors.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the company’s product range and services.
