About the role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail‑oriented Business Operations Associate to ensure the smooth, efficient and professional running of our retail store. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cashier and till operations
- Oversee checkout processes
- Coordinate front‑desk activities
- Supervise fitting‑room operations
- Handle general store operations
- Maintain customer experience and service standards
- Implement operational controls and reporting
Required profile
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented
- Honest, accountable and trustworthy
- Customer‑focused and professional
- Proactive and solution‑oriented
- Strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, customer service or similar operations (1–3 years)
- Fashion retail experience is an advantage
