Travel Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Travel Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our brand growth, customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives. You will own the digital marketing strategy, create compelling content, run advertising campaigns and position the company as a leading luxury travel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, increasing brand awareness across digital platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars and produce engaging posts, reels, videos and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Research luxury hotels, resorts, destinations and industry trends to generate product insights and recommend new travel packages.
• Design and execute lead generation campaigns, build marketing funnels using social media, email and WhatsApp, and nurture prospects through the customer journey.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta advertising campaigns while managing budgets efficiently.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators and strategic partners to amplify reach.
• Monitor key marketing metrics, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within travel or luxury sectors.
• Proven ability to drive customer acquisition, generate qualified inquiries and deliver measurable revenue growth.
