Travel Consultant

About the role

An experienced, customer-focused Travel Consultant is sought to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and provide tailored travel solutions to clients. The role covers flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications and tour packages, and is based along the Ologolo/Igboefon axis in Lekki, Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours and travel insurance.
• Provide expert travel advice and design tailored itineraries for clients.
• Process visa applications and manage documentation compliance.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build client relationships.
• Manage booking changes, refunds and customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel consulting or sales; an HND in a related field is preferred.
• Resident on the island due to commuting.
• Excellent customer service, communication, sales and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.
• Basic knowledge of visa processing for major destinations.
• Basic exposure to tour packaging (hotel booking, transfers and tours).

What we offer

• Monthly net remuneration of NGN 300,000 to 400,000.
