Country Manager - Africa

About the role

OSL, a licensed digital asset platform and PayFi innovator, is looking for a Country Manager for Africa to drive its business growth, market expansion and commercial strategy across key African markets. The role covers stablecoin-based payment solutions, cross-border payments and digital asset services, working closely with regional and global teams in Business Development, Product, Compliance, Operations and Finance. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy and market expansion plans for key African markets, including stablecoin payments, cross-border settlement and digital assets
• Build and manage strategic relationships with banks, payment service providers, fintechs, merchants, liquidity providers and other ecosystem partners
• Drive business development for cross-border payments, stablecoin settlement and fiat on/off-ramp solutions, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Own regional business performance, revenue growth and commercial targets, and set up go-to-market strategies
• Drive customer and partner acquisition, transaction volume growth and market penetration, and report regularly to senior management
• Work with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory teams on market entry, licensing initiatives and regulatory engagement
• Collaborate with global teams on product and operations, represent OSL at industry events and build a high-performing local team

Required profile

• Strong experience in fintech, payments or digital assets
• Deep understanding of the African financial ecosystem
• Proven track record of building partnerships and driving growth in emerging markets
• Commercially driven and entrepreneurial leadership style
