About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Travel Consultant to join our team in Lekki. You will help both individual and corporate clients create seamless travel experiences, from vacations and honeymoons to business trips.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel arrangements, bookings and reservations.
- Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and ensure client preferences are met.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the travel planning process.
Required profile
- Expertise in travel consulting, management and arrangements.
- Proficiency in handling reservations and bookings.
- Strong customer‑service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role (advantageous).
