Experienced Coaster Bus Driver

About the role

The company is seeking an Experienced Coaster Bus Driver for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lekki. You will be responsible for safely operating a coaster bus, transporting passengers to designated locations while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. The role emphasizes a professional and courteous passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the coaster bus safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
• Transport passengers to and from designated stops, managing boarding and seating.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the bus.
• Keep accurate trip records and promptly report incidents.
• Collaborate with dispatch or management on schedules, route adjustments, and any operational changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving coaster buses or similar commercial vehicles.
• Defensive driving skills and solid knowledge of road safety practices and traffic regulations.
• Valid commercial driving licence for bus operation with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service attitude, respectful communication and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Lekki and surrounding routes or ability to learn new routes quickly.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and assist passengers safely.
• Prior experience in transportation or logistics is highly beneficial.
