Operations Manager

About the role

Anchor Integrated Services is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate supplier activities, oversee receiving and quality control, and manage logistics for vessel deliveries in Port Harcourt and the Marina area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers of proteins, produce, dry goods and consumables to fulfil client provisioning orders.
• Oversee receiving, quality control and cold‑chain handling of all goods before dispatch.
• Manage packing, labelling and delivery logistics to jetty and vessel.
• Liaise directly with vessel captains on delivery schedules and sign‑off.
• Maintain accurate manifests, delivery records and stock documentation.
• Supervise packing/dispatch staff and day labour as required.

Required profile

• HND in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in ship supply, offshore operations, or marine logistics.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of the Port Harcourt/Onne supplier and jetty network.
• Experience handling perishables and cold‑chain logistics.
• BOSIET certification (advantage).
